<p>Vivian&nbsp;&quot;VIV&quot;&nbsp;Alexander&nbsp;Davis, of Leesburg, Florida, formerly of New Windsor, Maryland, departed this world on&nbsp;October 13, 2021 at The Cove in Tavares, Florida. Vivian&nbsp;was born on January 25, 1928&nbsp;to the late Talbot and Mary Alexander.&nbsp;</p> <p>Vivian accomplished so many things in her lifetime. She worked in the Insurance Industry for 22 years from corporate Secretary, to being the first lady to ever sit on the board for the company. Vivian also retired from BB&amp;T Bank and then worked at Kohl&#39;s for 5 years. Vivian was very active in civic and community affairs. Vivian loved being part of&nbsp;local volunteer fire company. She was a past president in the 1950&#39;s and then 2008 to 1012. Also, she was past president of the ladies auxiliary to Carroll County Fireman&#39;s Association, past historian of the&nbsp; Ladies Auxiliary Ladies of Maryland State Fireman Association. She volunteered from bingo to flouring chicken at the carnival, doing&nbsp;whatever they needed her to do, she truly enjoyed her fire company.</p> <p>Vivian is survived by the loves of her life,&nbsp;son: Russell F. and Michele F. Davis of Leesburg, Fl,&nbsp;Grandsons: Brian and Jessica of Bolton, Mass,&nbsp;Michael A. and Karen Davis of Dumont, NJ,&nbsp; seven great-grandchildren:&nbsp;Natalie, Vanessa, Eric, Brody, Avalon, Weston and Wyatt, Step-grandchildren: Jeffery Noto Newburgh, NY, Dr. Michael Noto and Dr. Stacey Smith of WV,&nbsp;three step grandchildren: Olivia, Andrew and Sophie. Vivian is survived by niece Denise Magee of Maryland, Douglas Stoner of Tenn., and Jeremy of California.</p> <p>She was predeceased by infant Great-grandson Tanner Richard Davis.&nbsp;She was also predeceased by her loving sister and brother, Margaret and Carl Stoner, and Nieces Melanie Haines and Diane Swartz.</p> <p>Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family after the pandemic, when it is safe for everyone.</p> <p>In Lieu of Flowers, contributions may be made to the New Windsor Volunteer Fire Dept. at 101&nbsp;High Street, New Windsor, Maryland&nbsp; 21176.</p>

Vivian "VIV" Alexander Davis, of Leesburg, Florida, formerly of New Windsor, Maryland, departed this world on October 13, 2021 at The Cove in Tavares, Florida. Vivian was born on January 25, 1928 to the late Talbot and Mary Alexander.
